The device that we will talk about today is a new version of the existing Herakles maintenance-free tank from the Sense company, but this time they decided to make a serviceable tank, and even with a very unusual base. It’s a pity that they had “small” problems with the design. The new product is called Herakles 25mm Two Post RTA.

The design is too much reminiscent of the Griffin RTA from Geekvape, the only difference between them is the shape of the top cap and the engraving on the dome, otherwise they are almost 1 to 1 similar. The Chuff styled drip tip somehow sympathizes with me more, to be honest, but so many borrowings are similar to me I don’t really like it, it would be better if they didn’t go too far from the design of the previous version, it would turn out much better. vape parts in new zealand The tank is available in black and steel colors. In short, the design is a C-minus.

When disassembled, the tank consists of a base, a body (replaceable glass), a top cap (tank lid) and a drip tip. It will not be difficult for you to disassemble, wash and assemble the tank.

So we come to the features of the tank, to its base. It is very different from the Griffin one, although it has the same Velocity drains. Firstly, there are four airflow holes, which will allow the tank to operate at over 100 watts.

Secondly, the positive stand can change its position, I don’t understand why this was done, maybe this is a very useful feature, but for me it is useless. The size of the airflow holes is 4.5x3mm, the diameter of the holes in the racks is 2.5mm.
The base is completely disassembled, so it can also be taken apart, for example, for cleaning. The central contact is copper, while that of the same griffin is gold-plated. Another minus in the piggy bank.

The tank volume is 6 ml and this is a completely normal volume of liquid for a 25 mm tank. The tank is refilled from the top; access to the filling holes is provided by unscrewing the top cap, under which you will find two holes quite convenient for refilling from any container.

There is also a liquid supply adjustment, which consists of 4 holes on the dome, which are adjusted by rotating the dome relative to the base, just like in the Griffin RTA. From the outside of the tank, the airflow is regulated by an adjustment ring, and the holes are 7×2 mm in size. There is also an adapter for 510 drip tip.
The price of Griffin RTA and Herakles 25mm Two Post RTA is the same and is about $35 abroad, and I don’t see the point of taking Herakles, because it is clearly inferior in all performance characteristics, although not much. Yes, the Herakles 25mm Two Post RTA has more powerful airflow, but this obviously won’t add taste to you, but should you buy a tank for bulk? You’d have to be an idiot to focus on this when choosing a tank. And the Griffin RTA is currently very popular and has proven to everyone that it is an excellent and high-quality device. You can purchase the Herakles 25mm Two Post RTA, but I would not do this due to the fact that there is already a proven option for the same money.
